Your name, phone number, email, address, project details, photos you send us, and basic site analytics (Google Analytics 4). That's it.
Why
To respond to your inquiry, book and deliver the work, send appointment reminders and follow-ups about your project, and ask for feedback after a job.
Texts and emails
By contacting us or booking, you agree to receive messages about your inquiry and appointments. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share with
The software we use to run scheduling and messaging, and licensed trades working on your project. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
While you're a customer and as long as we're required to keep records.
Questions or deletion
Text or call 437-475-5406 and ask. We'll confirm what we have and delete it on request, subject to record-keeping requirements.
