Questions we get

My basement leaks. Can you still finish it?

Yes, once the moisture issue is resolved. We address that first and do not close walls over a wet one.

Can you add a bathroom?

Yes. Our plumber handles the rough-in, including where a new drain needs to be cut in.

Do you do rental suites?

Yes. Rental and secondary suites require a review of applicable permits and code requirements before the work is planned. Tell us at the estimate and we build that review into the plan.

Moisture concerns are assessed before finishing begins. Where there is a leak, we open the walls, address the source, add membrane and seal it, then frame, insulate, drywall and finish. If you want a bedroom, a bathroom, a laundry room or a rental suite down there, we plan for it from the first day so you are not paying to open walls twice.
