Good to know

  • Smaller kitchen updates start in the low thousands; full renovations run from the mid-teens up depending on cabinetry, stone and layout changes. You'll get a real number after the site visit.
  • Deposits are staged for larger projects so you're never paying far ahead of the work.
  • Timeline depends on scope and material lead times. We'll give you a realistic window, not a guess.

Questions we get

Do you do partial kitchen updates?

Yes. Cabinet swaps, new counters, backsplash, a new island. Not every kitchen needs a gut.

Can you work with my designer or architect?

Yes. We regularly execute plans from designers and architects, and can recommend one if you need design help.

Who's actually doing the work?

Esan runs every build and does the framing and finish himself. Our crew handles demo and prep; licensed electricians and plumbers handle their trades.

About our kitchen renovations

Your kitchen is the one room the whole house runs through, so we plan it that way. Whether you're replacing a few cabinets and roughing in new plumbing, or taking it down to the studs for a new layout, cabinetry, counters, tile and lighting, you deal with one person who's on site and answers the phone.

    A site visit, usually a weekday evening. He measures, walks you through options, and you get a written quote. The number on it is the price.

  3. Finished kitchen renovation in Scarborough by EH Contracting

    Job done

    Deposit locks your start date. Esan is on site every day, the house is left clean, and you sign off at the final walkthrough.
